Christ the Almighty
The words written within an icon give voice to the saint through what they hold in their hands. Each saint holds a scroll depicting something they have written—coming from either the Old Testament, an Epistle, or one of the saint’s writings. All of our mounted print icons are museum-quality prints mounted on a solid poplar wood panel with hardwood cross-slats. The image comes from an original icon painted in our studio. They are printed using pigmented inks and measure 8×10″. The finish is an environmentally-friendly wax varnish. Each icon is individually handmade by our family.
