Dear reader,

It was late last year when I first shared the idea of creating a series of icons specifically focused on our homes as holy places that support and deepen our life of faith. Since then, the Icons at Home project has been taking form here in the studio and has received the attention of Christians from across Canada and the US.

Last month the first icon from this series was finished (or, more precisely, the first half of the initial diptych of the project—which includes Mary the Theotokos and Christ the Pantocrator). You can read more about the work involved in creating this icon in the article below.

In the months ahead, you can expect to see more images from this series as it develops, as well as the promised reproductions of each that will be available soon.

Thank you to everyone who has been involved so far. I deeply appreciate your support and prayers. —Symeon
